At Wander Strangers, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent payment experience. Below, you’ll find our payment terms to guide you through the process.

Booking Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This payment will be applied towards the total trip cost.


Final Payment:

  1. 30 Days Prior to Trip: An additional 50% of the total trip cost must be paid 30 days before the trip start date.
  2. 15 Days Prior to Trip: The full 100% balance of the total trip cost is due 15 days prior to the trip start date.


Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other methods outlined at the time of booking. Please note that all payments must be completed by the specified deadlines to confirm your reservation.


Late Payment:

  1. If any payment is not received by the specified deadlines, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and apply the applicable cancellation charges as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Non-Refundable Deposits:

Any deposits or payments made towards securing the booking are non-refundable, as stated in our cancellation policy.
