At Wander Strangers, we want your travel experience to be seamless and enjoyable. Below are the terms and conditions that outline your rights and responsibilities when booking with us.
Wander Strangers is not liable for any incidents of verbal or physical harassment within or outside the travel group. Personal conduct, including intimate behavior, is solely the responsibility of the individuals involved. Any consequences resulting from such behavior are the responsibility of the concerned individuals.
Travelers are expected to maintain the quality and cleanliness of accommodations and other facilities. Any damage to property, including furniture, rooms, or the surrounding environment, must be avoided. We promote responsible travel and expect guests to respect both public and private spaces.
All activities, including adventure sports, are undertaken at the traveler\'s own risk. Participants are responsible for following safety guidelines and using necessary precautions. Wander Strangers will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps during these activities.
Wander Strangers does not cover any accidents, injuries, or medical expenses during the trip. We strongly recommend all participants arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and personal liability. In cases where the trip is terminated due to a traveler’s behavior, any costs incurred for return or alternate travel will be borne entirely by the individual.
Wander Strangers maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards misconduct or any behavior causing discomfort to trip leaders, fellow travelers, local vendors, or residents. Anyone found violating this may be removed from the trip immediately at their own expense. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Wander Strangers does not permit or support the use of illegal drugs or substances. Any traveler found engaging in such activities does so at their own risk. We are not liable for any legal or personal consequences arising from substance use.
We are not responsible for missed transfers, activities, or itinerary elements due to a traveler’s negligence or delay. No refunds will be provided for missed events due to lateness.
Wander Strangers is not liable for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, war, or any force majeure events. No compensation will be offered, and travelers are responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
Travelers are solely responsible for the safety of their personal items including luggage, passports, and valuables. Wander Strangers is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during the trip.
Photos and videos captured by Wander Strangers or its team during the trip may be used for promotional purposes across media platforms. Any digital content cannot be used commercially by others without written permission from Wander Strangers.
The full trip amount must be paid before the start of the journey. Pending payments may result in cancellation without refund.
Valid government-issued ID is mandatory and must be presented before boarding. No traveler will be allowed to join the trip without proper identification.
Booking transfers are not allowed. Only those individuals whose names are registered at the time of booking will be permitted to travel.
For international trips, travelers must ensure their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of travel. Wander Strangers will not be responsible for denied entries or related costs due to invalid documentation.
No refunds will be provided for trip components or inclusions not utilized by the traveler.
Travelers are responsible for the safety and management of their luggage. Wander Strangers will not be liable for damage, loss, or theft during transit, stays, or activities.
AC may be turned off in hilly or uneven terrains for safety reasons. The driver reserves the right to regulate AC usage based on road and weather conditions.
Consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited during the trip, especially on travel days or during high-altitude treks and physically intensive activities.
Wander Strangers and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, accidents, death, or loss of property due to events beyond their control, including delays and third-party negligence.
In case of serious illness or injury, Wander Strangers will assist in arranging medical evacuation. All related costs must be covered by the traveler or their family.
If weather, road conditions, or participant health demands changes to the itinerary, Wander Strangers reserves the right to modify plans in the interest of safety and group well-being.
Wander Strangers will not intervene or be responsible for any borrowing, lending, or financial disputes between travelers.
A formal dispute resolution process will be outlined in the travel agreement shared prior to group departure. All travelers are expected to review and accept these terms.
