• International flights (Book your own or with our Assistance).
• Domestic flights between Hanoi, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, and Ho Chi Minh City.
• Early check-in, and late check-out.
• Travel insurance (personal travel insurance is recommended).
• Meals not mentioned in the itinerary (other dinners/lunches outside the tours).
• Hotel/room upgrade.
• Wax Museum, cotton animal game, and carnival skill tickets at Fantasy Park Bana Hills.
• Taxis & Transport outside the Itinerary.
• Personal expenses such as souvenirs, extra snacks, and shopping.
• Optional activities or excursions not listed in the itinerary.
• Visa fees (if required, to be arranged separately).
• Tips for guides, drivers, and hotel staff (optional).
• Any expenses resulting from natural events such as landslides, road closures, etc., which will be the responsibility of the traveler and must be settled on the spot.
• Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions section above.

Things to Pack

• Travel Documents: Passport (valid for at least 6 months), visa (if required), flight tickets (international and domestic), travel insurance documentation.
• Clothing: Light, breathable clothing for hot weather, comfortable shoes for walking, swimwear for beaches and tours, a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings in the mountains (e.g., Ba Na Hills).
• Health & Safety: Personal medications and prescriptions, basic first-aid kit (band-aids, pain relievers, antiseptic wipes), hand sanitizer, and insect repellent (for Mekong Delta and Phu Quoc).
• Electronics: Universal travel adapter (Vietnam uses 220V, Type A, C, or D plugs), power bank, camera/phone/tablet for photos, extra memory cards or storage.
• Offline Google Translator: Download for easy communication, especially in areas where English is less common.
• Grab App: Install with added credit card for easy access to taxis and transportation throughout the cities.
• HappyCow App: For finding vegan food options throughout Vietnam.
• Money & Payment: Sufficient Vietnamese Dong (VND) for small purchases, credit/debit cards, a money belt or pouch for cash and important documents.
• Other Essentials: Reusable water bottle, small backpack for day trips, copies of important documents (passport, hotel reservations, flight details).
